Tôi chưa bao giờ khuyên các bạn tự tập tại nhà, tuy nhiên với tình hình dịch bệnh hiện tại không thể đến phòng tập hay những bạn ở nơi chưa có phòng tập thì quả thực ta không có nhiều lựa chọn. Bài viết này mình sẽ giới thiệu cho các bạn một số kênh, video mà mình khá tin tưởng các bạn có thể tập theo ngay tại nhà .

- Jason từ Kênh Youtube , hay Kênh mới nhất đây là một trong những kênh mà mình yêu thích nhất, có rất nhiều video dài mà các bạn có thể mở và tập theo đến hết buổi. Nội dung kênh khá phong phú,huấn luyện viên xuất thân là võ sĩ và giờ là một HLV youtube tuyệt vời. một kênh đáng để các bạn tham khảo. - Fran Sand Từ myboxingcoach.com , Kênh Youtube Một huấn luyện viên lớn tuổi người Anh, kênh của ông cũng hoạt động từ 10 năm nay, HLV này dạy boxing theo kiểu cũ khá chi tiết phù hợp với bạn nào muốn tìm hiểu sâu về kỹ thuật boxing
- Tony Jeffries Kênh Youtube võ sĩ người Anh từng dành HVĐ olympic bắc kinh 2008 sau đó buộc phải giải nghệ vì chấn thương tay, một kênh khá phổ biến được đầu tư về mặt hình ảnh khá tốt.
- Charlie Brandon Kênh youtube , kênh này không nhiều video , video ngắn không đầu tư về mặt hình ảnh tuy nhiên nó đi thẳng vào vấn đề . Phù hợp với những bạn tập chuyên sâu ở mức độ chuyên nghiệp
- HLV Rick “The Mittologist Kênh youtube kênh này mình mới chỉ xem qua chưa chưa tập thử . HLV có kiểu giơ mitts giống Mayweather .
Dụng Cụ nên có
- Bao cát: Là dụng cụ không thể thiếu để luyện đòn đấm.
- Găng tay boxing: Bảo vệ tay và cổ tay khỏi chấn thương.
- Dây nhảy: Cải thiện sự nhanh nhẹn và sức bền.
- Bộ hẹn giờ: Để thiết lập các hiệp tập và nghỉ ngơi. (các bạn có thể dùng ứng dụng boxing time)
Lưu ý
- Đều Đặn: Luyện tập 3-5 lần mỗi tuần để thấy rõ sự tiến bộ.
- Tập Trung: Luôn chú ý đến kỹ thuật để tránh chấn thương.
- Chú trọng vào kỹ thuật đúng trước khi làm nhanh và mạnh
Một buổi tập luyện gồm các bước như sau
1. Khởi Động
- Thực hiện 5-10 phút khởi động bằng cách nhảy dây hoặc chạy tại chỗ để tăng nhịp tim.
2. Tập kỹ thuật
Làm chậm, đúng và đứng trước gương để soi - hãy nhớ câu nói của Lý Tiểu Long " tôi không sợ người tập 10.000 cú đấm, nhưng tôi sợ người tập 1 cú đấm 10.000 lần"
Một số bài tập khác bạn có thể tập sau khi đã thành thạo căn bản như là đấm pad trên màn hình, tập combo , kết hợp phòng thủ
3. Tập Luyện Với Bao Cát
- Dùng bao cát để thực hành các động tác đấm vừa tập, sau đó có thể tập thêm thể lực nếu cần
4. Thả lỏng
- Kết thúc buổi tập với việc làm mát cơ thể bằng các động tác giãn cơ và hít thở sâu.

- lưu ý hãy cố găng tập trung kỹ thuật, cao tay và nhớ xoay vai, hông và nhớ tập hết bài nha
Hy vọng thông tin sẽ hữu ích cho các bạn mới , chưa có điều kiên đến phòng tập tìm được kênh youtube để học và hãy nhớ tập trên youtube không thể thay thế cho lớp học vì thế nếu có thể hãy đến phòng tập, ở đó có HLV sẽ nhìn nhận lỗi và bài tập phù hợp nhất với bản thân bạn, tránh tối đa chấn thương .
